From its founding in 2002, ProPhysio has been offering a client centred, personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation service to aid injury recovery and improve fitness.


Our physiotherapists work with clients to help restore function and movement following injury or illness. Physiotherapy can treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems from spinal to sports injuries. With a combination of approaches available, our highly experienced team create a plan based around an individual's needs to best aid them in their recovery. 

Pilates is a system of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century. By emphasing the core abdominal and back muscles, as well as hips and thighs, Pilates aims to strength the body evenly and improve posture, flexibility, muscle tone and joint mobility and therefore general physical health. Pilates offers something for all ages and levels of fitness!

Our light and airy gym facilities allow our skilled team to work with our clients on rehabilitation, improved fitness and personal training. Our state of the art equipment covers everything from more traditional training machinery to the latest equipment to enable the achievement of a wide range of goals.

Running Shoe
Bio-mechanical & Gait Analysis

This is the study of human motion and the forces that produce this movement. Walking movement and/or running style is examined to detect both patterns and the individual elements of motion. Our physiotherapists then use this information to not only improve performance and prevent injuries but also to assess causes of injuries and to prevent them happening again. Where appropriate orthotic devices by be prescribed.
