As one of Chester's leading physiotherapy clinics, we are proud to be registered with most Private Health Insurance companies such as BUPA, Vitality Health, WPA, AXA and April Healix.
If you are using your Insurer we will require your full name, date of birth, address, policy number, claim reference / authorisation code and how many allocated sessions you have been given. We then invoice to them to save you the trouble!
